We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate support and guidance
Assist in updating employee handbooks, policy manuals, and other HR-related documents
Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and activities
Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning initiatives
Compile HR data and generate reports related to recruitment, employee turnover, training, and other HR metrics
