We at Clevry are looking for a Sales Support Engineer for our client, Kalmar Global. As Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and quantifying potential sales opportunities for Kalmar’s Lifecycle solutions in existing container handling equipment. You will also provide technical and commercial support to the local sales teams, develop sales proposals, prepare sales offers and contribute to the improvement of sales processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Kalmar’s Service business. The position is full-time and permanent.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and quantify sales potentials for Lifecycle solutions using various customer equipment data sources

- Collect, consolidate, and share customer and market information to enhance our product offerings both technically and commercially
- Find and develop high-quality Lifecycle solutions to meet complex customer requirements
- Lead and support others in improving customer satisfaction and business performance
- Develop sales and sales support processes, continuously improving ways of working
- Respond to international customer requests for information and quotations with technical and commercial content
Requirements:
- Commercial (Business) and/or Technical Bachelor level education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2B sales or sales support in industrial, engineered solutions or minimum 3 years of experience in service business related to machinery, electrical, or mobile equipment
- Proficient in using sales management tools, specifically Salesforce
- Proficient in using data analytics tools, such as QlikSense
- Business acumen, commercial cost, price, and margin calculations, product lifecycle understanding, strong networking skills, technical solution definition, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish is a plus
