About Finland
Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 700 professionals supporting functions such as production, instrument and reagent manufacturing, R&D, marketing, sales, quality, administrative support and supply chain. How will you make an impact
We are currently recruiting for a Product Support Specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract (parental leave cover). You will join our Vantaa Clinical and Industrial Analyzers technical and product support team. Our team is supporting our customer channels, distributors and partners by delivering product expertise support in technical and product related questions. Responsibilities additionally include logging, handling and reporting the received feedback and customer complaints.
What will you do?
Provide product support to our global commercial organizations, partners, and distributors, primarily via email
Coordinate, investigate, document and report the product support cases and customer complaints
Participate in complaint and CAPA handling meetings
Collect and analyze case statistics together with the product management team
Actively use the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) business system tools
Other support related projects
How will you get here?
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
2-3 years of experience in product support or working in analytical laboratory with analytical instruments and/or applications, but we are open to receive early talent applications.
Customer orientation - in this position you will be daily in contact with our customers, distributors and partners.
Strong communication and social skills
Our working days are never the same thus flexibility and adaptability are key to success
Fluent skills in written and spoken English, basic Finnish is beneficial
Work experience in IVD environment is a plus
Readiness to travel internationally if needed
