PRODUCTION SPECIALIST.
In this role, you will work at our Operations site in Tallinn. You will receive comprehensive training and don’t need any specific experience. Swappie operations is represented by an amazing team of diverse people from different backgrounds and our priority is to make sure that each and every employee feels welcome and included at their workplace.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Activating, diagnosing & grading all the incoming iPhones (Inbound).
Repairing faulty iPhones and their parts, such as screen, battery, ear speaker replacements, etc (Repair).
Preparing orders for shipment, packing and installing accessories (Outbound).
Unboxing parcels, diagnosing and handling returned iPhones (Warranty)

Have a strong desire to work in a big team and passion for learning new skills.
Have an interest in sustainability and technology.
Elementary level English skills are considered as an advantage but not a must, our Coaches can instruct in Estonian and Russian as well.Experience in iPhone repair or similar tasks are considered to be a plus, but not a must have.
