We are now looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our Gasification and Synthesis Gas Processing Team.
In this position, you will have an essential role in developing and maintaining research facilities at Bioruukki pilot centre in Espoo. We offer you a versatile work in the frontier of the renewable energy and fuel research and a possibility to develop your skills in the fields of thermochemical conversions and process engineering. Your key responsibilities include design, construction, maintenance and use of research infra.
Our team, Gasification and synthesis gas processing, works on the development of thermochemical conversion processes for chemical recycling of plastics, sustainable transportation fuel production and carbon dioxide utilization. Your responsibilites as an Engineer:
- Electrical and instrumentation design of new research facilities
- Supervision of electrical, instrumentation and automation work
- Trouble shooting and hands on work in experimental researc
Who we are looking for:
- Experience from similar role in process industry or applied research
- Technical degree in a relevant field (University of Applied Sciences)
- Experience from CAD tools
- Electrical qualification 2 (S2) can be considered as benefit
- Willing to develop work safety and best practices in process piloting environment
- Finnish and English skills, both written and spoken, are required
