What is our everyday life like?
Our growth story has been a success and we are currently investing heavily in technology renewal. That is why we are now looking for several new and experienced developer colleagues to join a team that works on the renewal of the payroll section of Netvisor. This team currently consists of 6 in-house developers, is supported by in-house designers and utilises agile methodologies in their work.
Our Netvisor product already serves ca. 40 000 users in Finland; 110 000 payslips are created and over 1 million invoices are sent monthly. This realtime cloud service is built to ease the daily work of entrepreneurs, accountants and employees by automating many of the tedious processes like handling vouchers, invoicing and payroll.
Our developers play a key role in the modernization and continuous development of our products. We value responsibility and freedom, so our teams make a lot of decisions related to product development in their day-to-day work. We believe that everyone can have an impact with their work. In addition to product development, we invest heavily in the development of our personnel. We all use at least 10% of our working time to learn new things. We use tools such as Udemy and Pluralsight, and our employees also have the opportunity to attend various events to develop their skills. Our teams’ day-to-day work is guided by product owners and dedicated team managers take care of the wellbeing of our employees.
We are used to working independently of location - some of our employees enjoy working in the office and some remotely. For us, the most important thing is that regardless of location each of our employees feel that their environment supports their work.

Having knowledge of event driven architecture & microservices, knowledge on GraphQL and REST API is also beneficial in this role. Experience with .NET7 and React is required for this role. Experience on working with Scala is also seen as an asset. In this role you are taking an active part in planning on how the future is built but still having the ability to focus on building things that matter not to overwhelm you with meetings.

We have estimated that the salary for this position is around 4500-6000€/month depending on the skills, experience and location of the candidate. Our recruitment process contains two rounds of interviews. In the first round you will meet the team manager and we start to get to know each other. The second round concentrates on your technical skills and you get to meet representatives of the team.
